Apart from working with cognitive behaviour therapy I also incorporate other evidence based therapy modalities, tailoring my approach to suit the needs of each client’s needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a non-judgemental, safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
